His father’s name is Amos Mefford Hanks and he is an itinerant cook. His mother’s name is Janet Marlylyn Frager, she is a hospital worker. First Tom married an actress Samantha Lewes and in 1987 they divorced. And second wife Rita Wilson is also an actress.
